Windows Administrator

 

Your responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, particularly Windows Server 2016 and newer
  • Manage and support virtualization using Hyper-V and maintain Microsoft Cluster infrastructures
  • Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools
  • Support and improve technical operations through process automation
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and security
  • Work in line with ITIL practices and contribute to system management processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams and communicate clearly about changes, incidents, and ongoing operations

 

Your qualifications
  • Several years of experience or a comparable qualification in a virtualized Windows Server environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (2016 and newer)
  • Experience with Hyper-V and clustering technologies
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of system management and ITIL-based processes
  • Very good written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
