Windows Administrator
Your responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, particularly Windows Server 2016 and newer
- Manage and support virtualization using Hyper-V and maintain Microsoft Cluster infrastructures
- Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools
- Support and improve technical operations through process automation
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and security
- Work in line with ITIL practices and contribute to system management processes
- Collaborate with internal teams and communicate clearly about changes, incidents, and ongoing operations
Your qualifications
- Several years of experience or a comparable qualification in a virtualized Windows Server environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (2016 and newer)
- Experience with Hyper-V and clustering technologies
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
- Understanding of system management and ITIL-based processes
- Very good written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
