Cloud Engineer - Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (TOSM)
Your responsibilities
- Design and implement GCP infrastructure with Terraform
- Translate security and compliance requirements into GCP controls
- Configure Organization Policies, IAM, and resource hierarchy
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)
- Apply Policy-as-Code and enforce security constraints
- Support testing, validation, and deployment workflows
- Contribute to modules, state management, and code reviews
- Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and business teams
Your qualifications
- Strong experience with GCP, Terraform (advanced), and CI/CD (GitLab)
- Solid knowledge of IAM, Organization Policies, and resource hierarchy
- Experience with Git workflows, Bitbucket, and VS Code
- Hands-on experience with GCP security and governance
- Advanced Terraform skills (modules, state management, plan/apply, code reviews)
- Ability to translate security and regulatory requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with Policy-as-Code and structured deployments
- Collaborative, hands-on, execution-focused mindset
- Very good written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
