Cloud Engineer - Azure (TOSM)
Your responsibilities
- Build and manage Azure infrastructure using Terraform (IaC)
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into secure cloud solutions
- Implement security controls (e.g., CIS Benchmarks) and enforce Azure Policies & IAM
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab / Bitbucket)
- Support deployments (plan/apply, approvals, validation) and LAB testing
- Contribute to modules, code reviews, and state management
- Monitor environments and validate policy compliance
- Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and business teams
Your qualifications
- Strong experience with Azure, Terraform (advanced), and CI/CD (Git-based)
- Knowledge of Azure governance, Policies, and IAM
- Experience with GitLab/Bitbucket, VS Code, and basic scripting
- Background in security controls (e.g., CIS Benchmarks)
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with Policy-as-Code and structured deployments
- Collaborative, hands-on, and delivery-focused mindset
- Very good written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
