Active Directory Specialist
Your responsibilities
- Administer and maintain complex, heterogeneous Active Directory (AD) environments in a large-scale enterprise (approx. 250,000 users, 1,000 domains)
- Conceptualize, implement, and manage AD-related solutions across both operational tasks and project work
- Analyze and resolve issues in AD automation processes and further develop PowerShell scripts
- Manage and document incoming requirements and incidents from both internal and external stakeholders
- Plan, execute, and communicate changes within the AD environment to ensure transparency and minimal disruption
- Contribute to minimizing operational risks within Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes
Your qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or similar field, or equivalent professional experience
- Deep technical understanding of Active Directory architecture and functionality
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
- Strong experience working in complex enterprise AD environments
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across technical teams with multiple integration points
- Very good written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
