BBHT Solutions has started its corporate growth since its foundation in January 2019. Each and every one can contribute to the internal structures and the companies’ further growth. In order to grow at a stable and healthy pace, the founders of BBHT Solutions count on the employees’ trust, self-responsibility, their abilities, and their team spirit. Especially in the first years of building a company and its culture, we are looking for employees who have experience in the field of IT quality assurance, who are willing to take responsibility for project tasks and are also keen to share their knowledge with less experienced colleagues to build up team strength. Your knowledge and skills are very important to us. But we also focus on strong communication skills and the way we communicate with each other and with customers.
