Seven years ago today, on a much colder day—though with less snow—we were sitting in a notary’s office, signing the documents that officially established BBHT Solutions. It was a simple moment, but one that marked the beginning of a journey shaped by purpose, people, and long-term thinking. 

At the time, we didn’t know exactly where this journey would take us. What we did have was a clear vision: to build a company that truly supports its customers while offering stable, meaningful, and fulfilling careers to the people who choose to join us. 

In those early days, everything was still taking shape. We were preparing to welcome our first colleagues—two joining on February 1st, 2019, and one more on April 1st. Today, seven years later, I’m especially proud to say that all three of them are still part of BBHT Solutions. Their continued presence reflects the values we set out to build from the very beginning: trust, stability, and long-term collaboration. 

Over the years, we’ve created many shared memories—moments of learning, growth, and teamwork that define who we are today. Step by step, BBHT Solutions has grown into a strong and reliable organization, built on collaboration and mutual respect. 

What we’ve gained in these seven years goes far beyond growth alone. We’ve accumulated valuable knowledge and experience, deepened our expertise, and steadily expanded our team. Today, we are proud to work alongside 70 talented colleagues, each contributing to our culture, our capabilities, and our continued success. 

At the heart of this journey is trust. Trust between colleagues who support one another, and trust from customers who rely on us as partners. This trust is what allows us to grow sustainably and focus on long-term value. 


I’m writing these lines simply to say thank you. 

Thank you to our colleagues for your commitment, professionalism, and belief in BBHT Solutions. And thank you to our customers for your confidence, your collaboration, and your continued trust.
