Since founding BBHT Solutions in 2019, one of our biggest wishes as a company has been to create a tradition where we could all come together once a year to celebrate—not just our work, but our people. Inspired by our colleagues in Germany, who always welcomed teammates and their significant others to such events, we envisioned a celebration that would truly feel like a shared moment for our entire BBHT family.
That vision became a reality last year, when we organized our very first full-scale Christmas party. It was no longer just a dinner; it was a true celebration, complete with a DJ, great food, and a vibrant atmosphere. Thanks to the wonderful team at Admiral Events, the evening was a great success. While the venue felt a bit spacious for us last year, this year we were proud to see it filled with many more familiar faces.
Building on that success, we decided to keep everything the same this year: the location, the DJ, and, of course, the excellent food provided by Admiral Events. But the reason behind the party went far beyond tradition. This year’s Christmas party was not only about celebrating everything we achieved in 2025 and thanking our colleagues for their dedication, but also about giving everyone the chance to meet in person.
As a company spread across Romania, with flexible work-from-home options, we don’t always get the opportunity to see each other face to face. The Christmas party gave us the perfect moment to reconnect—to enjoy meaningful conversations, dance together, laugh together, and simply have fun while sharing great food.
It was also a moment to raise a glass to the year behind us. We are ending 2025 on a positive note, with satisfied customers, growing projects, and exciting new opportunities ahead. Instead of worrying about budgets, we are talking about growth—and that is something worth celebrating and being grateful for.
Earlier this year, during BBHT Day in May, we proudly celebrated the colleagues who reached their five-year milestone with the company in 2025. While this achievement was already honored, the Christmas party offered another opportunity to come together as one team and reflect on the journey we continue to share.
Looking back on the past seven years at BBHT Solutions, it’s incredible to see how far we’ve come. What started as a small family has grown into a bigger one, where everyone knows each other and supports one another. Events like our Christmas party remind us of what truly matters: being together, appreciating each other, and enjoying the journey we are on as one team.
